I have to comment about sales manager, Jake Folkerson, who went to great lengths to earn my business and help me think through the dizzying process of buying a car. Despite my own misperception that I knew what I wanted, Jake patiently, over a period of several days, answered my myriad questions, provided innumerable quote adjustments, and went to the trouble of chasing down vehicles across the state that could potentially be acquired by the dealership to placate my crazy demands. I'm NOT advocating treating a sales manager like I did--it was borderline inhumane--but Jake stepped up to the plate like the professional that he is and helped me when most others would have long thrown in the towel. Thank you, Jake, and thank you, Ken Garff Honda, Downtown, for employing someone like him to help us lost, stressed, car-buying souls out when we need it!

Good prices for services compared with Miller Honda in Murray Utah and with an independent shop. Services done on time and total price was only 1.5% more than the original quote. Thank you Garff Honda service department. Keep doing the above and I'll be a repeat customer.

A fair price for the Honda Ridgeline. It ultimately made the whole purchase process stress-free. The trade in allowance was OK. Not generous but within Bluebook range. A fair deal over all.
