Gerardo made this experience so wonderful. As a young woman the car work is so intimidating and make you feel taken advantage of. Gerardo made me feel the exact opposite, he explained everything to me until i understood and never wasn’t willing to answer any questions i had. Stan and David were super easy to work with. I emailed them with my desired terms and my goal of a fast deal. They accepted without any deception or counters or anything. We did most of the paperwork remotely and I was able to drop in, test drive, and leave within an hour. This is my second purchase from KGHD and it probably won’t be my last.

Everyone was very kind and efficient. It was my first time there and I had a great experience. They were explained what they were doing, where I needed to go to wait, came and got me, ect. I really was impressed with the waiting room equipped with soda and popcorn for people. I also really appreciated not being pushed into other manufacturer recommendations that I didn’t want at that time. They gave me a paper with the information with recommendations on it so I could look into them later. Overall very impressed and good experience.
