I just wanted to make sure and let the management and general public know how satisfied we were with our recent visit. We were at the beginning of a long road trip in our brand new 2023 Honda Pilot and had a “smart entry system problem”. Our car wouldn’t start or recognize our key fob in southern New Mexico. I was blown away with the level of customer service I received. First of all, I love how they send me a video of all the service they’re providing me, along with explanations of what they are doing. Apparently there is a common problem with 2022 and 2023 hatchback civics the seal is leaking on the rear window. Several forums have posted about it. I had an issue and Ken Garff, when they saw these forums delved deeper into my issue and found it. Divine providence played a role because it was raining enough that day as well to help reveal the leak. Window replaced, I was provided rides to an fro and got great service from Jacob.

Had the service dept look at our 2003 Hyundai Elantra's overheating problem. The car had 200K miles on it, and they diagnosed severe overheating condition from a blown gasket or possible crack in the motor, minimum repair would likely cause further failures,; and motor replacement not worth it. Thanks for the good diagnostic work Ken Garff!
