Took our car in for a recall repair. The technician that helped me was awesome. The repair was completed on time and the free car wash was a wonderful bonus!

Had a great experience.

I brought my Honda Pilot in for a recall on the fuel pump. The service advisors had ordered the replacement pump so it was at the dealer when I dropped off the car. Repairs were completed promptly and they gave me a ride share ride home and back. Work was completed on time and correctly.

Nathan was freaking awesome and answered all my questions. I didn't feel frustrated in anyway this time. I will be asking for him every time here on out!

The employees were friendly, extremely efficient, and effectively take care of the two recalls.

Everything went very smoothly. While the Honda facility was under construction, the process to get waiting customers from the service counter to the waiting room and back was very well organized. I was in and out for my oil change in about an hour. Everyone worked very well together.



My car had some bigger repairs than I expected, but I appreciated how thorough Ken Garff was at checking for other problem areas in addition to addressing my main concern. Every issue was presented in a video feed so that I had no questions about the problems they recommended I fix. Jacob Haro did a great job of keeping me informed every step of the way.

What needed to be fixed was fixed and we are pleased that everything is functioning the way it is supposed to function.


Most car repair experiences don't great. This was not the case here. I took my car in for a repair. They were very upfront about how long it might take and the cost. Kyle was very helpful. He called me to let me know about all of the updates. They were able to get my car repaired much faster than they had originally planned. I was very grateful for their help and their transparency. I will take my car here the next time I have an issue.
