    I have been in the automotive service industry for 27 years now. I started with Ken Garff in 1984, working for their Hyundai dealership. Over the years, I have worked in both domestic and import dealerships. I most enjoy working with customers and making sure they are taken care of. It is a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you build a relationship of trust with your customer and they leave the dealership satisfied. I can't imagine being in any other profession.

    When I am not working, I like to travel and go see my grandkids. I enjoy attending motorsports events and taking in all the beautiful scenery of Southern Utah. It is always a welcomed weekend get-away.

    I've been in the car business for 15 years and have worked as a Service Advisor for the past 8 years while managing for three. I enjoy learning about cars in and out of work.

    I am also a full-time student at ITT Tech pursuing my Bacherlor Degree in Computer Networking. I am a happily married father of two. In my spare time I like to play golf, BBQ, and spend time with  my family.

    I have over 17 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry. I enjoy customer service and working with Honda customers on a daily basis. Customer satisfaction is important to me and making my customers happy is my number one goal.

    In my personal time away from work, I enjoy traveling and attending professional sporting events. I like to spend my time with friends and family in California where I grew up. I consider myself to be open minded and try to live to my fullest every day!

    Hello, my name is Jared. I started in the automotive repair industry over 11 years ago as a Collision Repair Estimator. In my years of experience, I have worked in nearly every section of the repair industry. I have worked in Sales, Collision, Detailing and Service. My diversity has given me the ability to work seamlessly within the dealership to best serve my customers. Customer service has been my strong suit in every phase of my career and I consider it to be the single most important aspect of my  job.

    In my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I got married earlier this year and recently found out my wife and I are to be expecting our first little BOY! I couldn't be happier. I am an NFL football fanatic! Packers and Redskins are my teams...but I'm more or less just a fan of the sport.

    My name is Christel and I am fairly new to the automotive industry. I started at a Toyota dealership in Southern California as a Warranty Administrator Assistant and decided to move to Utah where I now work for Ken Garff Honda Downtown as a Warranty Administrator. I enjoy working in this industry because I learn something new everyday and that's what makes working fun for me.

    When I am not working I love to travel, listen to music, and hang out with my family. My dad was in the Air Force and we moved around so I think that's what influences my love of traveling and living in different places.
