went to Ken Garff to take a look around. Kimberly helped me, and she was
great! Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and helpful! She made the
car-hunting process actually enjoyable (instead of being completely
pressure-driven, as with many dealerships). I would definitely recommend going
to Ken Garff Honda Downtown if you're in the market to buy! Best
experience at a dealership that I've ever had!
my very first car.
I was very nervous because I knew nothing about cars, I had just got home from
college. A couple days after I got back my dad took to Ken Garff Honda
Downtown to look, when I was there I was very scared but then Jayson came to
help and I didn't feel scared anymore. If it were not for his kindness and low
stress I problably wouldn't have even thought of buying from Ken Garff.
Sadly I didn't have enough money to buy and he said "Come back anytime and I
will be here to help you." I would recommend Jayson and Ken Garff Honda
to anybody!

car but when I went in to Ken Garff Honda to buy a car I just didn't know
what I wanted. Jayson helped me find what I need which was my 2011 Honda
Odyssey van, whenever I go to get a car I would recommend going to Ken Garff
Honda Downtown and seeing Jayson. He is very good, very low pressure, and
very nice.

was knowlegeable, very friendly and held eye contact throughout our entire
meeting. I also never felt pressured in any way. I even got him to switch wheels
with another vehicle to customize mine perfectly!! ( Inventory had been limited
by the Japanese Tsunami so this was greatly appreciated..) Chris in the finance
dept. was great and I bought every extended warranty. Coming in the next day to
have accessories installed was a pleasure. Don is probably the nicest service
manager I've ever met. He literally stopped what he was doing several times when
I approached him with questions. Kudos also for the great snacks in the waiting
area. It's nice that they have treats for us Haha! Shuttle drivers Judson and
Dick were both really prompt and we had nice conversations. Also a great service
I wasn't expecting. Got some errands done while the vehicle was being
customized. I also had the pleasure to speak ... personnel

to thank Jason, Stan and Eddie in the sales dept. All of these guys were also
interested in me and helped me figure out a few items. I am now settled in to my
awesome new ride!! (first time Honda buyer and love it !) Even though
there is a dealership 40 miles closer in Orem where I live... I will come back
here. I'll do the oil changes locally but if ever a major issue I'll be back at
the Downtown store. I came here because of the "Signature Service" commendation
which the other dealers did not have. I can see now why the rating exists. They
did everything except make me dinner! Maybe next time Haha Show full review

I wanted to sell my truck without
the hassle of selling it privately. I went to autotrader and received a trade-in
for cash quote. Ken Garf Honda was one of the buying centers
listed. I went in and was quickly greeted at the door asking if I needed help. I
explained to them I was there to sell my car and was introduced to Earnie. He
inspected my car, test drove it, pulled all the relevant docs (carfax, nada
report, kbb,etc). He then adjusted the price of the autotrader offer (slightly
less than what autotrader said) based off anything he had found wrong with my
truck. He explained with great detail why the price was changed and presented
his buy offer. It wasn't too far off from what autotrader quoted me so I
accepted the buy offer, signed a couple legal document, and a check quickly followed. The entire process took roughly 1
hour. To be honest, the price they gave me for my truck wasn't too far off from
what I would have received if I had sold it privately. I was incredibly happy
and the process was stress free. I highly recommend this dealership!

at Ken Garff Honda downtown!! I am thrilled, because this is totally my
dream car! Bottom Line: Scott Layton at Ken Garff Honda is the best. I
came in thinking I would be stuck getting another used car because I was upside
down in my old one, but Scott talked to me about what I really wanted and what
my financial goals were, and we figured out that I could get into a lease on a
BRAND NEW car for less than I was paying per month on my 2003 car, and that
leasing would put me into a way better position financially at the end of the 3
year term. Scott found me exactly the car I wanted, and was not only super nice
and friendly, but he worked his butt off to get me the very best deal possible.
He even brought in the finance manager, Chris Lenker, to help get my payments
even lower--which he did! Chris was not your typical uptight finance guy, he was
really cool and friendly, and awesome with explaining everything to me about the
lease. He also followed up to let me know when my car was ready for me to pick up. No one there pressured me AT ALL, or
did any of those pushy tactics, like telling me the finance guy would only
crunch the numbers harder if I signed a promise to buy the car that day if could
get the number I wanted (which they tried on me at three other dealerships!). No
shady shenanigans like that at Ken Garff! In fact, the best part of the
whole experience was that I could honestly tell that Scott and Chris were just
as determined to get me the best deal possible as I was. What a great feeling!
The day I got my car, Scott spent an hour going over the owner's manual and all
the other details with me to make sure I understood everything I needed to know
about my car. Then another awesome employee, Brandon Crapo, actually sat with me
in my new car and walked me through setting up all the features. It was
awesome!! Everyone there was so attentive and cool to work with, it was like
buying a car with friends, SO...I will never buy a car anywhere else, and I will
be recommending to everyone I know who's thinking of buying a car, even one that
isn't a Honda, to start at Ken Garff first, and ask for Scott--I
know they will walk away as happy as I did!!

Garff in Salt Lake. The whole experience was pleasant and easy. Eddie and Al
worked with us on the price of the SUV and the trade-in value of the vehicle we
had. The interest rate was also great. Eddie has followed up on everything - the
customer service was outstanding on all levels. It's nice to feel we got a great
deal and to know we have Ken Garff there for any future warranty work,
repairs and oil changes. We were very satisifed with all the staff that worked
with us, and appreciate Eddie's attentiveness to what we wanted to achieve in
buying a new SUV.

internet, Kim was like a breath of fresh air, she showed us everything in our
price range and was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. Driving that car off

could NOT
leave the parking lot without the new pilot. great features all standard on the
vehicle. Joey and Brandon helped us set everything up. I'll never buy another
vehicle anywhere else.
