Kris has been helping people with automotive purchases for seven years now, the last five here at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. He has earned the prestigious Council of Sales Leadership award from Honda each year he has been here. One gold Level and the others are the Silver level. He is proud of that, but even more important to him, and more of an honor, are the many letters he has received from his customers thanking me for such a pleasant auto purchase experience.
It isn't often someone takes the time to thank someone in the Auto profession like that. He has actually received so many letters that he had to take the lions share off of his wall because there were more letters than wall! He prides himself on helping his customers and treating them the way he would want to be treated himself. John has been in the Automotive business for over 30 years. Most of that he has spent on the Parts side. He made the switch to Service as the Service Manager in January 2007 and been part of the Ken Garff group since 1994. His passion has always been cars. They absolutley fascinate him. He loves to see new technology and how efficient and safe cars are becoming. His Service Department strives for excellence in all that they do. Your comments are always welcome.
